The Lipstick Gospel FREE E-Book

LetLoveLead

Hi friends! I am happy to recommend a new book that I just finished up called The Lipstick Gospel. The author is Stephanie May Wilson and she is a fellow World Race Alumni but did the race a year or two before I did.

Her new e-book just officially released yesterday but I was fortunate enough to be able to read it last week.

I couldn’t put it down and even finished it in one day while I was waiting for my husband to finish up a test.

Here is one of my favorite quotes from the book:

As we embark on a journey, whether it’s physical like hiking the Camino de Santiago, or geographical like traveling the world for a year, we’re challenging our outsides to something new, and getting away from what we see out our window everyday. We can change at home, certainly. But something profound happens inside us when we remove ourselves from what’s familiar and safe and challenge ourselves to something bigger.

Get-Out

What’s even better is that the book is free!

All you have to do is click on the link below and you’ll be re-directed to Stephanie’s website where you’ll be asked to enter your name and email.

After that, you will be sent an email that will give you the download of the book. The book can be read on on a computer, Ipad, phone, etc. Ibooks is perfect to read it on if you have that.

AmazingA few other quotes I loved:

I think that’s how it happens when we go away and come back changed. We expect the world around us to be different, or at least to notice how different we are and treat us differently because of it. But instead, most people just carry on the way they were before, mildly interested in stories from your trip or an explanation of what happened to you. But even then, the world around you doesn’t shift quite the way you expect it to.

I was a new person on the back of that motorcycle. God had scrubbed away my broken bits, revealing a person who fit in her skin-the woman I was always meant to be.

Stephanie really has such a way with words and is a beautiful storyteller, which is why I won’t reveal too much abut the details of the book itself. I know that you will appreciate it so much more by simply reading the book and hearing her story.

Feel free to leave a comment or let me know what you think of the book!

No-LoveHave a wonderful week!
